Tom Sullivan
Tom
has been involved in baseball for the last decade
as both an owner and general manager. Prior to his
venture in to the world of baseball, Tom was an investment
broker/banker in New York City.
Tom
was born in New Haven, CT. He graduated from Brown
University with his Bachelor’s degree in
1959. After graduating from Brown, he joined the
Army until 1960 and continued in the reserves until
1965.
The
first involvement in baseball for Tom was in 1994
when he became the principle owner and operator
of the Lancaster, Ohio team in the Frontier League,
which became the Evansville Otters. In the same
year, Tom was one of the co-founders of the Northeast
League.
After
helping form the Northeast League, Tom became part
of the league as principle owner and operator of
the Albany Diamond Dogs. He stayed in this capacity
until 2000 when the team ceased operations.
Most
recently, Tom has been the owner and operator of
the Johnstown Johnnies of the Frontier League.
In 2002, he stepped away from the baseball world
for one year.
In
his time with the Diamond Dogs and Johnnies, Tom
has brought 2 Northeast League titles to Albany
in 1996 and 1999 as well as a 2000 Frontier League
championship for Johnstown.

Ryan Ehrhart
Ehrhart
comes to the Pioneers from Lebanon Valley College
where he has served as a Play-by-Play announcer
for the Football, Hockey and Baseball teams for
the past two years. Also while at Lebanon Valley
Ehrhart served as an Assistant to the Sports Information
Director and as the Sports Director for the campus
radio station WLVC. In addition to his work in
radio Ehrhart has also worked in television for
College Sports TV where he produced a documentary
about College Football. Ehrhart is no stranger
to professional sports in Elmira as he also spent
time with the Elmira Jackals ice hockey team as
a Color Commentator during the 2003-04 season. |
